These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and platform (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using GYFCO, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

To use GYFCO, you must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Account Types

  • Fans: May follow creators, engage with content, and send gifts.
  • Creators: May publish posts, build collections, and receive gifts.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

  • Not post, upload, or send any content that is illegal, harassing, or explicit.
  • Not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
  • Respect the privacy and intellectual property of others.

🚫 GYFCO strictly prohibits 18+ or adult content.

Any such content will be removed, and repeated violations will result in account suspension or ban.

4. Gifting and Shipping

  • Gifts are sent by fans using prepaid shipping labels.
  • GYFCO acts as an intermediary, forwarding gifts from the fan to the creator through our warehouse system.
  • GYFCO is not responsible for:
  • Damaged or lost gifts during transit
  • Delays in shipping
  • Product defects or quality issues
  • Fans are encouraged to gift thoughtfully and responsibly.

5. Return and Refund Policy

Currently, GYFCO does not support returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Once a gift has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.

6. Community Guidelines

  • Be respectful and kind.
  • No hate speech, harassment, or discrimination.
  • Do not misuse the community or comments sections.

7. Content Ownership

Creators retain ownership of the content they post. By posting on GYFCO, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display your content within the platform for promotion and engagement purposes.

8. Platform Changes

GYFCO reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of the platform at any time, without notice.

9. Termination

GYFCO may terminate your account at any time for violating these Terms. You may also deactivate your account via your settings.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GYFCO is not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Lost gifts, delayed shipments, or user disputes
